How Can pimples And Hyper Pigmentation On Face Be Treated?
Hi Doc, I am 28 yr old unmarried and I usually get pimples over my chin and under the chin extended till start of neck where I have got hyper pigmentation and black spot marks and now it has started over my cheeks too. Plz suggest me what I should go for. Additionally , I have type 2 diabetes. Si, what all drugs there that wont alter with my diabetes Meds metadoze Ipr 850. Also suggest me, how much does it cost for needling n other all treatments in Delhi/NCR? Regards Pooja
Well, for pimples you should start using topical anti acne therapy like application of Clindamycin and Benzoyl peroxide containing creams. Use Salicylic acid containing facewash. Use Adapalene gel at night only over the pimples.. Avoid eating oily foods and concentrate more on green leafy vegetables and drink plenty of water..
You can also start a course of antibiotics like Minocycline for faster resolution after consulting a skin specialist.
For dark spots you can apply Kojic acid containing creams and vitamin E gel. Scrub your face twice a week with a face scrub. Always use suscreen lotion when going out in sunlight. Drink plenty of water. You can also discuss about Microdermabrasion and chemical peeling with a skin specialist..
